About the Instructor:

Koby Marowelli has developed an incredibly successful outside sales strategy called the “Creative Partner Program.” His career includes starting his first retail photo-lab, Image Gallery, in 1991, eventually expanding into several stores across Southern Michigan.  Services provided included film and photo processing, camera sales and custom framing. When digital cameras, cell phones, and social media started changing the retail photo-lab landscape, Koby set out to reinvent and redirect his business into the B2B (Business to Business) and commercial printing direction. The “Creative Partner Program” launch generated such momentum that he recently sold Image Gallery to fully commit to his already growing “Next Steps Professional Consulting” business. Today, using the “Creative Partner Program”, Koby is helping businesses across the country to become strong and profitable B2B partners in their communities.

2016 Boot Camp Participants Said:

“Wow! What a fabulous two days packed with so much real-life strategic plans to move forward with. Thanks, thanks, thanks!”

“Koby is authentic with no hype or bull – just real world experiences with a logical outline to make it work.”

“The business partners are awesome and I’m starting to finalize those accounts – all so simple and easy!”

Leadership: Reinvent Your Team

Exclusive program for IPI members

Brand new boot camp for 2017!

Register now and receive a complimentary signed copy of Dan’s new book, ORBiT, The Art and Science of Influence, which breaks down the steps of influencing change in adult behavior – valuable information for any leader!

Register for Dan Mann’s Leadership Boot Camp and be entered to WIN A ONE HOUR, ONE-ON-ONE CONSULTATION with retail expert, Dan Mann!

Dan Mann created this year’s brand new, custom Boot Camp from IPI member requests! Last year he guided you through reinventing your retail experience. This year he’s coaching you through reinventing your team.

In 2017, become the leader you’ve always wanted to be. Learn how to recruit, interview, train, coach, mentor, motivate and inspire your team into exceeding amazing individual and business-wide goals.

Well-known recruiter Jörgen Sundberg puts the cost of onboarding a team member at $240,000. And, according to the U.S. Department of Labor, the price of a bad hire is at least 30 percent of that team member’s first-year earnings. For a small company, a six-figure investment in the wrong person is a threat to the business.

Having the right team to work in your business, allows you the opportunity to also find time to work on growing your business. Owners and managers, discover your role in creating the perfect bench to grow your profitability.

DAY ONE:

Elements of Hiring

  • Who ARE we hiring vs. Who SHOULD we hire?
  • What motivates your team members?
  • What are the core competencies to look for in a team member?
  • Cost of a bad hire
  • Three categories to select your team

Selection Process:

  1. What is the right way to interview?
  2. An interview formula
  3. Interview techniques

DAY TWO:

Once you have hired the right team, how are you measuring and evaluating team member productivity? Everyday your team members are selling for you, but how do you measure their performance?  What are the metrics that tell you how they are doing in customer engagement?  How do you set goals to increase your business and get the buy in from each team member?

Leave prepared to set sales goals, measure team performance and gain momentum towards your vision.

About the Instructor:
